Only someone like John Sumser could write something like this - a concise and convincing history of HR Tech which goes from punch card technology in the 1900’s to GenAI in the 2020’s. The main point is HR is downstream of technology, and as tech changes, so will the human structures which evolved around their capability. Must read folks. John needs to give a talk on this, don’t you think?
