OnlyFans - along with Substack - have become two of the most successful and durable platforms servicing the creator economy. Platforms connecting buyer and seller should obviate the need for human intermediaries, but it turns out that there is still a market for agents. Not a nice story to read but its a reality which needs thinking about.
