The 2026–2030 Role Diagnostic: Are you an Operator or an Architect?

I’m glad this post is going to be series because it left me wanting more. I generally dislike ‘call to action’ type pieces (because who needs more admonishment these days?) but making an exception in this case because it gets more things right than wrong, especially on the need to aggressively delegate tasks which AI can already do better than humans today. I disagree on task based futures, skills based organisations and above all, documenting things, because the difference between a consultancy vs compliance is that the former is none of those things.
