One of the ‘paradoxes of productivity’ is that AI seems to make individuals hyper productive, but institutions far less so. I explored this in Open Kitchen in my essay, Reaping the AI Dividend: Why Individuals Can, but Institutions Can’t!, and only now come across the post which I would have clearly attributed as having inspired it had I read it earlier. It’s much better than mine, so I highly recommend you read it instead.
