
UK recruiters probably need to learn a new phrase - ADM - “Automated Decision Making”. Whilst outside of the EU, the UK is following GDPR provisions fairly closely, especially when it considers recruitment to be an AI use case requiring special attention. My reading of
this update from the Information Commissioner’s Office is that its all about fair use + consent + right to dispute + evidence of testing for bias. Do-able stuff for operators, basically. Follow brainfooder
