It’s probably fair to judge a CEO on where they spend their time. This report from BCG got me thinking about how CEO’s universally love AI more than any other employee cohort, and so it should come as no surprise that they are applying pressure on AI adoption on every functional lead. 2026 is the year TA / HR have to deliver on this.
