
I love it when CEO’s give wild opinions on hiring - the recommendations are inevitably ‘anti-anything TA / HR would do’ which invariably raises the hackles of most of us in our community 🤣.
Here is Gary V more or less dismissing the idea of trying to recruit effectively, because it’s a roll of the dice no matter what you do, so you might as well roll more dice. ‘
Recruitment nihilism’ is absolutely a legitimate recruitment strategy.
