The module on the rise of Skills Based Hiring comports with what our own community feels about it, even though I remain a critical in concept and practice, I recognise my marginal position 🤣. Finally, we’re still talking QoH - arguments about whether we’re responsible for it or not are going to be moot I suspect, as we fold back into a more holistic people function in 2026. Worth a scan.
