
We’ve all heard the stories of job assessments being used as cover for
actual work. Where does one draw the line between legitimate ‘skills based’ assessment, where the assessment does have to be as close to real world as possible, and simply ingesting the free labour from maybe hundreds of candidates conducting the assessment?
