I had a
really good conversation with Ritu Mohanka and Bill Fischer on the future of Recruitment Advertising where everybody has an AI Agent and so this blog post from a16z caught my eye. Talent marketplaces basically all became recruitment agencies, then died off, but perhaps the central problem - accurately and consistently matching job seeker with employer - can be solved now via Agentic AI? Some ideas are just ahead of the technology which enables them.
