Intuitively, I am skeptical of the idea of the co-CEO but I’ve seen it work in at least two organisations, so I was willing
to give this a go. This is an old episode but I wonder as AI radically reshapes the structure of organisations, novel configurations like having two CEO’s in joint charge may become a form of workshare more common at every level of business.
