US Big Tech are amongst the important institutions on the planet, and this simple and rather stark analysis of their commercial success vis a vis number of employees may be illustrative of one of the most important phenomena of our times - the
separation of revenue and employees. Not sure what we can do (or should?) do about this, but the implications for TA / HR should be pretty clear.
