The main thing about this github repo is the
video collage showing front line workers training AI on how to replace themselves by wearing go pro’s on the heads whilst doing fine fingered human assembly. This is the sort of work which helped all of the East Asian ‘tiger’ economies rise up through the poverty ladder - a ladder which AI will now certainly cut away for others. The fact this has been open sourced too shouldn’t be lost on us - more companies will now have access to this training set. Future is here and the distribution of value will be unequal.
