Guillaume Alexandre with an interesting piece which combines thoughts on LinkedIn’ near monopoly position on (at least English language, white collar) human capital information, it’s relationship with AI sourcing tools which pull / scrape LinkedIn data and where human sourcers fit within all this mix. Its a bit of a muddled piece which could do with a rewrite and further exposition but I do think every element is worth a conversation - and - in the final analysis, I do agree with Guillaume that 2025 is a watershed year for sourcing.
Worth a read, and have a think.
