So in quick summary: all respondents reported increase usage of AI across all departments, most report productivity gains at user level but only 39% could connect this to EBIT at company level, less than 10% are saying they are scaling AI Agents (though interest in AI Agents is high) and high usage is correlated to function & industry with technology and media leading the way.
