LLM’s have collapsed the cost of writing, which has huge implications if written communication is the standard by which we use to assess job candidates. Quantitative research pulled from Freelancer.com which showed not only the mass adoption of AI but also how AI is making it difficult to assess quality in the applications. The CV might never be killed (we’re always going to need a record!) but it may become undead, a zombie document never written by a human, nor ever read by one.
