Interesting piece of research from HR analytics firm LutherOne, on the the state of attrition in 2025. Particularly interesting is the generational divide, though perhaps the findings are to be expected - you have less at stake early in your career so may be quicker to switch out from a bad fit, or perhaps you are still at the discovery stage as to what kind of path you want to follow. Haven’t really covered attrition in Brainfood Live at all this year - something to fix for 2026?
