Two shows this week - we’re diving into the Interviews Are NOT Evaluating the Right Skills: Insights from Analysing 1311 Interview Loops on Thurs 23rd Oct, 4pm where we’ll be reviewing proprietary data from Brighthire to figure out what exactly are interviewers evaluating for, and then on Friday 24th Oct, 2pm, we have A Psychologist’s Take On Candidate Feedback with the inimical Nikita Mihailov in the chair, giving us the psychologist POV on why feedback is hard, and how employers can do it better. Register for both of these on the links above folks - see you later this week!

1. The GenAI Playbook for Organisations
Some good thinking in this article, which introduces a framework on how to decide where and when to deploy GenAI into the workflow. The framework’s core components are the questions: what is the cost of error? + what is the type of knowledge (tacit knowledge vs explicit data), which can be conveniently represented into a classic 2 x 2 decision matrix. Well worth a read. H/T brainfooder Ivan Harrison for the share in the online community
