It had better be, because if user behaviour is anything to go by, we’re not going to be too far away from a future where appearing in the answers that artificial intelligence provides is going to be a huge competitive advantage. My amateur take: this should mean a
ton of work for EB as employers will need to create rich, authentic and authoritative content on their home domains, as well as significantly increase their branded digital footprint across all the places which are crawled for data to feed into AI.
