Love this one pager from brainfooder and GEM CEO Steve Bartel. We all know that finding candidates is one thing, but getting them to engage with you is another. Proprietary data on on what email / messages work - character count, timing, frequency. Note the stat on ‘leadership involvement’ - 50%+ boost in response. Useful immediately but also portentous for who ends up doing the engaging at the end of the day.
