Careers at the Frontier: Hiring the Future at OpenAI

Open AI’s Head of Recruiting has an unusual career path - for a start, he’s not even a recruiter or HR person by background. Around a decade ago, I remember Google being lauded for dropping in people into domains where they had no prior experience (an early form of SBH?), and here we see it again with OpenAI.
