Great to see think-doer’s like brainfooder Soeren Winter document his thinking like this. What is the point of Skills Based Hiring if AI accelerates the redundancy of all skills? We really need to shift to hiring for attributes, which will be uncomfortable territory for us in TA / HR as we spent the past decade and a half denigrating the concept. What do you think - what should we assess for if not experience and now not skills? Worth a brainfood live I suspect.
