I’ve come to the position that remote work has generally become high risk for those who have not already securitised their futures (either with social capital or capital capital) so I don’t share this rather evangelical report as an endorsement of remote work but rather as an interest piece on how remote workers are generally thinking about the world in 2025. We’re going to settle for Structured Hybrid and that’s good enough imo. H/T to brainfooder Martyn Redstone for the share in the online community.
