Maddy Roberts, who has correctly taken me to task for my bearishness against remote - there is a huge diversity angle which I have underplayed. This whitepaper from NFP is a welcome resource for those who are navigating the RTO / Remote tension and aiming to plot a way forward. I still think that on-premise is our best bet for acquiring the tacit knowledge which AI does not access to, but I do hope for a future which can be accomodative for all workers.
