Law of the Conservation of Energy - energy in / energy out. This is a
brilliant post which takes this idea and plants it firmly into the operating theatre of AI-powered Talent Acquisition - we may be saving ourselves energy, but if we ask of energy input from candidates without reciprocating, the output can only be bad candidate experience. H/T to brainfooder
