What the heck do we think about this?? I discovered
this website only last week - basically an industry blacklisting site which lists people who you should not work with. I think this was initially set up to avoid dodgy investors but clearly has since migrated to hiring as well. A few things here: blind references, social capital, community validation, bias and - obviously weaponisation. Somebody sign up for this and let me know what you find out!
