L&D + IM (Internal Mobility) are natural extensions of each other, but it turns out only 1 in 5 employers have a formal IM programme. Even fewer will have created a genuine internal marketplace where employees can discover opportunities at low friction and no social cost. Opportunity for TA to move into IM pretty compelling IMO.
