Here he is introducing a paper which analyses the relationship between offshoring (he calls this ‘teleworking’) and AI/Automation. Whilst I’m still in the camp that remote —> offshore—> automated, this paper provides evidence that there is less direct substitution that we think. Academic but accessible read.
