
Search was dying long before ChatGPT. In fact, when you think about it, the entire existence of the recruiter sub-genre of ‘sourcing’ is a failure of the promise that search providers implicitly gave to it users - that anyone can find anything on the Internet. Users have been migrating to user generated content, via desktop toward Reddit and via mobile toward TikTok. Excellent (and non-paywalled, let me know if this is not the case)
