Survey of 1000 tech leaders by brainfooder Michelle Coventry, (collaborating with Gergely Orosz) from US, UK and EU in early stage startups produces some surprising results, including the remarkable finding that female leads outearn their male counterparts, across all three seniority categories. Loads of other great stuff in here, including the start discrepancies between US pay levels vs UK, and then again from UK to EU.
