Of these, ‘employee referral rate’ seems like a reasonable metric that I suspect most of us
don’t track; we can talk at large about the pro’s vs cons of referral based hiring but the fact that employees are motivated to tell their friends about job openings in the company is probably a pretty good endorsement of the company. Others look pretty standard, but always useful to have them reiterated in the blog like
