So basically 200 organisations submitted their org charts to this report, to reveal some fascinating insight on how they are structuring their HR / People departments. Quick findings: HR is indeed at ‘top table’ with 86% of organisations with CHRO position (sample bias tho…), Talent Acquisition only existing as a separate function in 66%.
