Nice to see Hybrid get its own report, though I rather hoped that we would have been able to crystallise the significant distinction between those who have the option to going in vs those who must do so on set times / dates by now. Still, this is an interesting report on where we’re at with some notable regional differences. The results of this will be interesting to compare from our own What Do Recruiters Want 2023 research.
