What is company culture? If it is just an aggregation of compatible working styles, then we shouldn’t really have
that much emphasis for team bonding, company cohesion, employee well being and the like. The unstated reality is that the reason why we do value those things is because a company is first and foremost a social organisation where members needs to ‘get along’
