CV Fraudster Must Repay Some Wages

Given that most of us have lied on our CV’s a least a little bit, should we be liable to return wages earned through this subterfuge? An interesting case in the UK, where a doctor was docked wages earned, after having retrospectively found to have lied about the qualifications.
