Last week’s decision by the US Supreme Court is part of a long game to reverse socially progressive values, the opposition to which is the true animus behind right wing nationalism everywhere. It will also have downstream impact on how HR leaders in the US lead and manage teams, communicate to staff - and communicate to candidates.
