Do we become more racist when we offshore work? When there is no social cost to bear, we inevitably do. As the world shifts to remote first, remote only, the further distribution of work to places and people with whom we have had no prior contact or relationship nor any realistic prospect of one in future, might be dehumanising, for them and for us.
