Hide Names & Photo's on LinkedIn

More feature roll out from LinkedIn - this time enabling the ability to ‘hide names and photo’s’ in LinkedIn Recruiter. Permissions are set at admin level, so expect this feature to be rolled down from corp - have this conversation internally now if you have a problem with it. The release highlights an interesting conundrum on how to de-bias sourcing - do we actively use less information (pretty much the French approach) or do we use more, in order to actively target under represented groups (aside from this example, the US approach)?
