What is your company policy on vaccinations / masking? Sadly controversial in many jurisdictions, employers who are returning to the office face the Scylla and Charibdys of discrimination vs duty of care to employee health. The UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has a comprehensive FAQ’s section on this issue.
