This year has been a super interesting in terms of subscriber growth, in the sense that growth rate has maintained, but involuntary unsubs have surged, especially from around March onwards. This was early notification to me that Covid-19 was going to have a devastating impact on our professional community, as many of had to leave jobs and look for other work.
I suspect 2021 is going to be equally challenging, so it is vital that we stick together, stay connected and keep communicating.
