Fascinating story on a platform ‘nudging’ employers to offer flexibility in job postings by repositioning the option to do so on the job creation flow, which in turn led to increased applicant rates after the job was posted. Can be read from an information architecture / UX point of view, and / or from the job seeker sentiment perspective. Either way, it’s definitely brainfood.
