You can see this being an interesting idea of the job board / matching platform. Provide transparency on the assessment process and allow the candidates to select in or out according to the style of assessment required. Very SV / US focused and some concerns on the persistence of the assessment type (i/e are Reddit always going to recruit like this?) but a neat idea worthy of support.
