LinkedIn has strangely become a compelling place for publishing and consuming content. It’s been a fascinating development to watch the humble ‘text only’ status update become sort of a mini-blog post, especially as reach / engagement seems at least x10 superior to any comparable channel. As recruiters, it’s critical we better understand how to work with this 'medium within a medium’, rather than just dumbly using it for job distribution. I’ve created a list of people in recruiting who I think do this exceptionally well. All worth a follow and connect - tell them I sent ya.
