Quick how-to on diversity hiring, the tl:dr version is that you start by undertaking self assessment of your hiring practices to uncover unconscious bias. Company size / scale make a difference on whether this advice is practical I would say.

Some might say that ‘othering’ is the only way communities can really be created and maintained. We are who we are because of who we are not. Some difficult challenges ahead for employers who care about D&I if that assertion is true.
